When will my order be delivered?

If you are purchasing a personalized item, please expect a few days of production and handling time. If you are purchasing for an event please allow ample time for delivery. We partner with USPS for shipping.

Can I Return my product?

Due to personalization of most items we do not need you to return any items. We ask that you provide photos of the issue to confirm that we can send replacements. Please let us know of any issues regarding your order and we will have replacement items sent to you ASAP.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

We work hard to deliver your items correctly and without damage. Please notify us immediately if you have any issues. Speed up the process by providing clear photos of the issue items.
