Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Most personalized items are made to order and ship within 5–7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location, but you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we currently ship within the United States. We plan to expand to more regions soon!

Q: Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we can usually update the address. Please contact us as soon as possible using the Contact page or reply to your order confirmation email.

Personalization & Design Previews

Q: My preview looks slightly off. Will the final product look the same?
Don’t worry — we quality-check every design before production. The live preview is just a general mock-up, and small misalignments or text spacing differences won’t appear on your final item. Our team manually reviews every name, date, and layout to ensure a clean, professional design before it’s printed.

Q: Will my ancestor’s name be printed exactly as I type it?
Yes. Please double-check your spelling and capitalization before submitting. We print exactly what you provide to preserve historical accuracy and personal meaning.

Q: Can you match a specific font or style?
Our goal is to maintain a clean, timeless look across all designs. If you have a special request, reach out before ordering — we’ll let you know if it’s possible.

 

Product Care

Q: How do I care for my item?
Each product page includes specific care instructions. Generally:

  • Flags & Fabric Items: Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth.

  • Apparel: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low.

  • Ceramics & Ornaments: Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
